By accessing or using any of these, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before requesting a delivery quote for bulk mulch, topsoil, or decorative stone, or scheduling a landscape design consultation.

Nursery stock, bulk landscape materials, and delivery availability are seasonal and subject to change without notice. Pricing shown in emails, quotes, or on the website reflects the best information at the time it was provided and may be adjusted based on current stock, delivery distance, quantity, or supplier costs. Plants are living products and their appearance, size, and availability will vary throughout the season. We do our best to describe conditions accurately before you commit to an order.

6. Deliveries & Site Access

For bulk deliveries of mulch, topsoil, decorative stone, and similar materials, you are responsible for ensuring safe access to the drop location, including adequate driveway clearance, no low branches, and firm ground during wet conditions. KBK Garden Center is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, sprinkler systems, invisible fences, septic fields, or other unmarked underground utilities that occur during a delivery you have authorized.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
